“An awful lot of love and care has gone into Derwen Cottage and you can feel this as soon as you arrive.  A sense of calm and wellbeing exudes from the whole environment, inside and outside. The finer details, such as soft blankets, huge cushions, proper tea and coffee pots, sharp kitchen knives, big towels and hot water all enhance your experience here.”

“That evening we walked down to the river through Maggie’s land, munching on raspberries picked straight off the bush with the smell of sweet meadow all around.  With the help of Pablo, we found a spot to get right down into the water where we cooled off and marveled at the clear water and tranquil surroundings”
